This year the HEE Knowledge Management (KM) team was feeling particularly festive (yes really – even Emily!) so we thought we’d share a Knowledge Management-shaped gift with you each weekday between now and Christmas. We’ve created a “Knowledge Management Advent” of tools and resources to help you think about how you could deliver KM in your organisations. Each day will include an overview of the tool, stories from across the NHS to get your creative juices flowing and links to find out more.
On Monday 4th we’ll share our first tool via the Clinical Librarians Blog. Each day we will share a blog post about a KM technique or tool using the wealth of information available in the KM toolkit. We’ll also make the whole interactive calendar available from the first day (this means you could open every door on the 4th if you wanted to, but we all know how terrible it feels when there are no chocolates left by the 5th December, so we’ll trust you to make the right decision as grown-ups.)
By the end of the Advent on the 22nd we’ll have shared 15 tools and techniques and you will have the Advent slide deck to keep, refer back to and reuse and update as you see fit.
We hope you find this bit of festive fun useful. Look out for Door Number 1 on Monday 4th December on the blog and join in the fun on Twitter using #KMAdvent17
